Hydration is the thought of the day. Do you drink enough water? Do you live in a dry climate? Or humid climate? Water is a very important element to our health, diet, and skin care. Too often people don’t drink enough water. They count any liquid they are drinking as water which does not count. It has to be water. Water keeps our bodies functioning healthily. Water helps our bodies digest meals. I’m sure you’ve heard 8 glasses of water a day is a minimum. That is a minimum. Do the best you can. Know that if you drink more water you will feel better. I speak from personal experience.
Hydration in skin care products is also important. Too often our skin is dry and tired due to lack of hydration. That makes sense, doesn’t it. I live in a dry climate so learning I need to hydrate my skin made perfect sense to me. It’s like living in a humid climate.
