How long is your TO DO list?
It’s that time of year when parents are getting ready for their children to go back to school and I begin to see the stress levels, especially in Moms, begin to ramp up. So many things to shop for, to finish before summer is over, and a new routine (again) is right around the corner when school starts.
Life is a constantly changing thing. It’s the ebb and flow of life. But the stress and overwhelm of it should not bring you down. It should not cripple you. Stress seems to affect every area of our lives. The most important area being our physical health. 80% of doctors visits are connected to stress and what will they do…prescribe a medication. There are so many alternatives to a prescription but it takes effort. You are so important that you are worth the effort.
