Make the commitment to cleanse. Saying and doing are two different things.
Get everything you need ahead of time. Keeps stressing about if you are cleansing “right” to a minimum.
Try to minimize the foods that works against your cleanse. Caffeine, alcohol, sugar, processed foods.
Try some new foods and spices to keep your cleanse interesting.
Be ready to finish. A cleanse can be a great jump start to a weight loss program. 7 days cleansing to eat clean, then a commitment to a 6-month program to lose the pounds and inches (more important than pounds). 3 months to lose. 3 months to learn how to keep it off (called the After-After).
