Oftentimes our lifestyles are full of the “to do” lists year round. It is the perfect time in the middle of summer to have a holiday. Enjoy some summer treats like ice cream or lemonade and take a quick pause from life.
Slowing down and changing up your regular routine can be very healthy for you. Our bodies change with the seasons. It is supposed to be that way.
